A little extra to celebrate: when you choose our afternoon tea option, room hire is complimentary for events finishing by 4pm.

For a more informal celebration, our buffet packages offer a convenient way to cater for your guests, allowing everyone to relax, mingle and enjoy the occasion.

Room hire is separate from the cost of food and drinks, where applicable. Minimum guest numbers are subject to the manager's discretion. During particularly busy periods, a minimum spend or higher room hire fee may apply to smaller groups. Our team will confirm the arrangements and any applicable charges when discussing your enquiry.

A refundable £100 deposit is required to secure your booking.
Payment for your chosen food package and any applicable room hire is due no later than one week before your event.
We'll work with you to agree the arrangements in advance, so you can relax and enjoy your time at Margot.
We're happy to discuss timings and will do our best to accommodate your plans. As the room may have other bookings before or after your event, some flexibility may occasionally be needed. Any adjustments will be discussed with you in advance.
